Seven steps.
A dyed technical yarn.
From choosing the fibre to the packed cone, every step is a technical decision. We develop the specification together with the customer, or we execute the one you already have — always in the same plant, always with documentation.

The right fibre, first of all.
We work with three technical fibres: PA6, PA66 and polyester. Each behaves in its own way — the elasticity of PA6, the thermal stability of PA66, the finish of polyester. The choice depends on the application: a technical sock does not want the same fibre as a medical elastic tape.
We buy greige yarn selected for traceability and quality. Every lot is weighed, checked against its declared count and verified against the supplier's certification. Nothing enters production without a data sheet.
For those who already know what they want, we work their fibre. For those looking for a solution, we advise the right one starting from the application.

From a functional need to a technical specification.
Some customers arrive with a complete specification: fibre code, count, twist, finish, certification, colour reference. We execute it precisely, to the sheet.
Others arrive with a functional need — a sock that does not go slack after thirty washes, a tape that withstands industrial bleach, a medical yarn compliant with Standard 100. In those cases we develop the specification together: we choose fibre and count according to the use, define finish and treatments, and prepare a technical sample.
The result is the same either way: a written, repeatable, archived specification. The next order will start from there.

Colour begins in the laboratory.
Colour starts from a reference: Pantone TCX, a customer code, a historical batch, a physical sample. The laboratory develops the recipe for that fibre — because PA6 and PA66 take up dye differently, and the same recipe does not work on both.
Before production, a physical lab dip: we dye a sample of your yarn to the recipe we developed. You receive it, you approve it, or you tell us what to correct. Only once the lab dip is confirmed do we start the batch.
Time from colour specification to lab dip in hand: three to five working days. Custom shades included.

In-house dyehouse, documented recipes.
Dyeing takes place in our own plant, on autoclaves configured for each fibre. Cycles, temperatures and drain times are recipe parameters, recorded on the batch sheet. No improvisation, no opaque steps.
For every batch: outgoing sampling, spectrophotometric measurement, comparison against the approved reference. An internal ΔE < 0.8 benchmark can be activated as an acceptance parameter on customer specification — when colour is a contractual specification, we measure it, we do not estimate it.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliance on finished products. Process certified OEKO-TEX STeP for sustainable management of the dyehouse.

Avvolgimento di precisione, in-house.
Winding is in-house, on modern latest-generation machines. The dyed yarn returns to the package with controlled tension and density — parameters that are critical for the customer's next process.
We know the difference between a package wound for fine knitting and one for technical weaving. The same yarn, the same colour, can need two different windings depending on the customer.
Package dimensions to specification: weight, height, tube. No standard imposed: we adapt to your machine.

Documents, packaging, shipping.
Every outgoing batch has its own sheet: fibre, count, colour recipe, measured colorimetric values, applicable certifications (OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and STeP where relevant). The sheet is the technical identity card of the shipment.
Packaging to customer specification: branded boxes, labelling with internal codes, custom pallet dimensions. For those running complex warehouses, packaging is part of the product.
Domestic and European shipping, handled by qualified couriers. For recurring orders, a delivery calendar agreed at the start of the year.
Lotto dopo lotto, identico.
Everything you have read so far — fibre, specification, recipe, lab dip, dyeing, winding, control — is archived by customer, by article, by batch. The specification becomes your reference.
The next order does not start from scratch. It starts from there.
