Four stages, one complete supply chain.
From greige yarn to finished package, every step is in-house. Dyeing and winding under one roof.
Technical by nature.
Every yarn is developed in answer to a precise technical constraint — not to a trend.
Dyeing well is not enough. You have to choose the right yarn.
Every application calls for a fibre, a count, a finish. We develop the specification together with the customer, or we execute yours precisely.
Fibre
PA6 for elasticity and abrasion resistance. PA66 for thermal stability and technical applications. Polyester for cost and finish. Each fibre behaves in its own way — we choose, or work with, the right one.
Count
From fine counts for intimate knitwear to intermediate counts for technical tapes. We know how yarn behaves in processing, from twist to winding tension.
Application
Hosiery mills, narrow fabric mills, weaving mills, medical. Each sector needs a different yarn — developed together with the customer, or produced to a complete technical specification.
Development
You arrive with a functional requirement and leave with a technical specification and an approved lab dip. For those who already know what they want, precise execution. For those looking for a solution, technical development.
FIBRE
It starts with the right fibre.
PA6, PA66, polyester. We buy greige yarn selected for the application and for traceability. Choosing the fibre comes before any discussion about colour.
RECIPE
Colour developed to specification.
Pantone TCX, customer reference, historical batch. The recipe is developed in our own laboratory, for that specific fibre and application.
LAB DIP
Colour confirmed before production.
Before the production batch, a physical lab dip of the dyed yarn. You receive it, you approve it, then we start. No surprises in production.
DYEING
In-house dyehouse, documented recipes.
Dyeing cycles optimised for each fibre. PA6 and PA66 behave differently. Our in-house dyehouse manages those differences, batch after batch.
WINDING
Precision winding, in-house.
In-house winding on latest-generation machines. The dyed yarn returns to the package with controlled tension and density, ready for the customer's process.
TRACEABILITY
Documentation, always.
Batch data sheet, colorimetric values, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and STeP certificates. Every shipment carries its own technical identity card.
Part of Tonoli Group
A story of Italian dyeing, told by two complementary companies.
Nyfil is part of Tonoli Group alongside Tintoria Tonoli, the sister company specialising in commission dyeing of yarns and fabrics. Two distinct skill sets, one technical supply chain, the same commitment to colour quality.
