Nyfil srl is a young entrepreneurial project, composed of a young and dynamic company management team. An Italian company that has inherited the experience of a historic company, but which has very ambitious goals. Continuous investments in research, the desire to affirm the new brand on the national and international market, the acquisition of branches of companies in the sector in the supply chain, makes NYFIL a solid and innovative brand able to face the challenges of the current global market in this specific cyclical moment. A production area of 3,500 square meters housing an avant-garde laboratory inside, where the "made-to-measure product" begins to take shape. An internal dyeing process allows a perfect optimisation of the processing times, with consequent evident savings of time in the final product release.

Nyfil srl inizia la sua attività subentrando a due stimate aziende nel settore del filo in nylon, la Bonomi Evaristo e Figli di Ospitaletto (BS) e la Torcitura Quarenghi spa aziende storiche nel settore del filo in nylon, da sempre considerate sinonimo di alta qualità per i loro prodotti. Il trasferimento di Nyfil a Montichiari inizia con lo spostamento del reparto di roccatura, il reinserimento del reparto di tintoria ed il successivo trasferimento del reparto di torcitura. La decisione di usufruire di una tintoria all’interno dell’azienda produttiva, si è mostrata una scelta di successo per NYFIL perché ha permesso di avere vantaggi evidenti in termini di velocità di lavorazione del filato. Questa nuova disposizione logistica, assai favorevole al processo produttivo, consente di garantire tempi molto ridotti nelle consegne, soddisfando le attuali esigenze dei clienti che, per ragioni di mercato, hanno la necessità di avere un “prodotto su misura” ma in tempi di “pronta consegna".

We are certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 in class I for all the yarns we process. We are sensitive to the AUDIT demands by major brands, and we are also attentive to the new DETOX (GREENPEACE COMMITMENT) and GOTS directives(GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD).
