The quality of Nyfil; legacy of the old company, Evaristo Bonomi

Nyfil srl started it's activity succeeding to a company in the nylon thread sector: Bonomi Everisto and sons based in Ospitaletto (BS ) which had always been considered as synonymous for the high quality of it's products.
Bonomi was originally an old textile mill specialised in the production of nylon yarn, starting from the raw material POYand performing the texturing stage, the twisiting, dyeing and finally the spooling of the thread. When Nyfil took over Bonomi the texturing department was already closed and the dyeing was handled externally. The transfer of Nyfil to Montichiari begins with the moving of the spooling department to the headquarters of the dyers Tonoli srl and the subsequent transfer of the twisting department . The decision to reinstate the dyeing facility internally was indeed a wise choice.
The transfer locally of the dyeing allows Nyfil significant advantages in terms of the velocity of completing the spinning. This new logistic scenario , already advantageous in the production process permits the guaranteeing of very reduced delivery times, satisfying the actual needs of clients, who for marketing pressures require a tailor made product by return.
